Location

Coed Hills Rural Artspace is located two miles east of Cowbridge in St Hilary just off the A48. Below you can find a map and directions showing how to get there from Culverhouse Cross, along with the address and contact details.

Directions

• From Culverhouse Cross, head West on the A48 towards Cowbridge for 12 Miles
• Take a left on Llantrithyd Road, sign posted, St Hilary
• Follow the road down and from here there will be signs directing you to the site.

Accommodation

Come and camp in true festival style with us at Coed Hills, which covers 100 acres.

There is plenty of space all you need is:

1. A tent
2. Suitable attire
3. Beers to keep you warm
4. Someone to CWTCH

• CHECK IN for camping opens from 12pm FRIDAY 10TH JUNE please join us for pre wedding celebrations if you wish to (cannot guarantee you will not be dragged to help with last minute preparations.)
• CHECK OUT SUNDAY 12TH JUNE
• For those of you wishing to just pitch up your tent ready for Saturday please feel free to come down anytime FRIDAY.
• Camping is free of charge and on SUNDAY cooked breakfast can be provided for the small fee of £8 per person courtesy of The Coed Hills staff.

12:30 - 30 minutes till to kick off
1:00  – Marriage Ceremony
1:30  – Fizz and photos
2:30  – Food Festival and music by Hot Club Gallois
4:30  – A little toast @ The Stone Circle
5:00  – Wales v Slovakia kick off
7:00  – Cutting the cheese wherever we please
7:30  – First dance
8:00  – Party on!

FAQ

• Please be aware that the wedding is being held on a working farm, so the dress code will be smart/casual. Ladies, don’t forget your flats for dancing, wellies welcome.
• It may get cold later on in the evening please bring jumpers, blankets and extra pillows if you can.
• Don’t you just love Welsh weather - please bring a umbrella just incase!
• For you late night ramblers don’t forget to bring a torch!
• Friday camping guests bring your own beer and pot noodle.
• Pot noodles aren’t compulsory (but beer is) there's pubs aplenty nearby.
• Parking is available a short stroll from the campsite.
• Solar showers and saunas on site so bring your bathers.
• We decided the sit down meal was not for us. So street style food will be served throughout Saturday. If any of our guests are keen bakers we would be thrilled if you could bring a cake or dessert for our sweet option in the evening.
• COME AS YOU ARE, STAY AS LONG AS YOU CAN. WE’RE ALL FAMILY HERE, SO NO SEATING PLAN.
